Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a WhatsApp message to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will refund your money, and the amount will be automatically sent to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of days.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are not refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
